Hope all you guys had an awesome Christmas…ours was great. Not one of us had to travel any great distance to be with family, which is awesome (I think we get our mileage quota filled the rest of the year). Talked to all the guys and everyone has had a wonderful Christmas with friends and family and we are all looking forward to New Year’s full of football and friends. Don’t have anything earth-shattering to report or discuss on the quartet front….just wanted to quickly wish you all a great New Year’s and a wonderful 2010. We sing this Sunday (January 3rd 2010) not far from home at Longview Missionary Baptist Church in Gallatin, TN. Glad to be close enough to be home to catch all the fun football bowl classics coming up. My wife would love for me to place a big “Roll Tide” up here for the #1 ranked Alabama football team that will be soon playing Texas for the national championship…but Marty would also probably like me to put up some kudos to his #3 ranked University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team for their perfect season so far (my Granny would like this too if she read the internet). Guess I’ll just let those statements hang there for all to enjoy…or not…
